Role: Senior PPC Executive
Location: Bristol
My client is hiring a Senior PPC Executive to thrive in their vibrant team. They are a prestigious marketing agency that excels in crafting paid media strategies and is now on the lookout for an individual who has previously specialised in paid advertising. This position offers a unique opportunity for growth and development within a company that is not slowing down.
This role is a hybrid position, with 3 days minimum expected in office.
Responsibilities:
Paid Media Account Management:
- Take ownership of key client accounts, managing relationships and campaign performance.
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies, considering the entire sales funnel.
- Ensure alignment of campaigns with client objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Paid Media Sales Enablement:
- Collaborate with senior leadership on proposals and pitches for prospective clients.
- Present findings and unified strategies to clients, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Support existing account conversations and Account Managers as needed.
Account Performance:
- Ensure ads accounts are performing optimally and aligned with client business goals.
- Continuously analyse performance and implement improvements to drive success.

Day to Day Insights
- Manage day-to-day operations of paid media accounts and develop client strategies.
- Monitor budgets and invoicing to ensure accuracy.
- Utilise data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimise performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge within the team.
Requirements:
- Two years of experience in media, sales, or marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and lead generation.
- Proficiency in key paid media concepts such as PMAX, Smart Bidding, and Feed Optimisation's.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure success based on ROAS and CPL.
- Excellent communication skills to guide clients towards strategic thinking and align campaigns with business goals.
