Our Pricing Team at AXA Global Healthcare have an exciting new opportunity for someone to join as a Senior Pricing Manager and leading governance responsibilities with internal and external stakeholders and delivering financial targets with key partners through pricing and other commercial decisions.

What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing governance of portfolio and adherence to insurer guidelines
- Ensuring pricing strategy aligns to strong customer outcomes and all regulatory requirements
- Representing Pricing team to senior management on governance issues
- Enhancing AGH’s analytics capabilities through design and implementation of new reporting
- Lead and manage the commercial aspects of AGH Partner portfolios, building strong relationships and assisting with product design and pricing work
- Work alongside other team managers to achieve AGH commercial targets

What we’re looking for:
- Management, negotiation and influencing skills with a proven track record in relationship building, as well as in developing competence of staff
- Sound knowledge and experience of Global IPMI insurance, reinsurance marketplace and managing global relationships
- Strong knowledge of insurance pricing techniques
- People and resource management skills
- Excellent business / commercial acumen
- Ability to understand and assimilate complex information quickly and accurately
- Ability to develop strong professional relationships at all levels of the business and an ability to challenge both tactfully and in a value adding way.
- Curious to understand how things work and drive to effect change.
