We are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Principal Agile Coach (m/f/d) for a Global IT Service provider based in Germany.

The job holder will lead and take responsibility for agile transformation projects at team and lead and Agile coaching engagements, including Agile-at-Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).

The suitable candidate should have the following qualities:

• Fluent English and ideally fluent German


• Extensive experience in agile delivery and transformation


• Proven experience in coaching agile organizations at C-level


• Proven Business development experience.
