My client is a fund solution provider within Asset Management. I am looking for someone with experience within Product/Implementation role previously. Knowledge of the Asset management industry and experience of coordinating and reviewing mutual fund prospectuses.
They offer solutions to an established investor client base.
THE ROLE:
- Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure effective take-on of governance approved product development initiatives.
- Take ownership and responsibility for all activity co-ordination and act as a primary point of contact for the Product Delivery team for items allocated to the individual.
- Ensure that strong communication and project management processes are in place to manage all internal and external parties in the delivery of the new / changing product.
- Effective planning, control and mitigation of business risk regarding the relevant internal and external parties.
- Support the Business Development, RM’s and other members of the Product Delivery team.
- High level understanding of tradable instruments, e.g. equities, bonds, derivative or cash and their set up requirements
- Innovative with strong self-motivation
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills, including influencing and negotiation
- Strong planning and analysis skills
- Excellent customer focus; responds promptly to customer needs; provides a helpful and confident service.
- Ability to run meetings effectively
- Prioritises workload and sets workable schedules
- Commercial awareness
