Senior Project Co-Ordinator

An exciting and varied opportunity has arisen for a multi-talented Senior Project Co-ordinator who would be welcomed to join a busy team within construction consultancy. You will be working closely with the Programme Director to manage current industry members as well as collaborate on projects as well as events and meetings. The successful candidate would be offered a salary circa £35000 and can expect hybrid working.

As the Senior Project Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:

Membership Management:

• To oversee the membership registration and renewal processes, ensuring new members are properly onboarded and that existing members are put through the agreed renewal process
• To develop and maintain a member recognition process and ensure members complete necessary reviews/assessments and are properly recognised as appropriate

New project delivery:

• Working with the PD to scope out projects agreeing budgets and timescales at outset
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and third-party providers where necessary, e.g. subject-matter experts, developers, designers, training partners, etc. to develop, plan and deliver projects in line with agreed scope and budgets.

Meetings, events and forums

• Support the delivery of meetings, agreeing agendas/content, engaging third-party speakers, developing and delivering presentations where appropriate
• Support attendance at key industry events helping to arrange event logistics as necessary

The successful Senior Project Co-ordinator will have the following related skills / experience:

• Leadership skills able to motivate and manage other project stakeholders, but also work as part of a team
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office systems, i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Construction sector knowledge helpful but not essential
