Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager with NEC experience required
A well established main contractor with offices nationally currently requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join their London business. The ideal individual will have experience in delivering refurb, new build or fit-out projects with values ranging from £50-£100m using the NEC form of contract. The projects in question are across the life sciences, healthcare, industrial and data centre sectors and are located within London. As each of these projects are currently at varying stages candidates with PCSA and full project life cycle experience would be preferred.Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager
Location: Central London
Rate / Salary: £500-£550 p/d or £90k - £120k (plus package)

Duties may include:
- Financial Reporting
- Budget Management
- Risk Management
- Advising on commercial strategy
- Client management
- Dispute avoidance and/or resolution if required
- Assessing compensation events
- Assessing payment applications
- Reviewing and advising on subcontractor supply chain
- Managing and mentoring Commercial team
- Delivering new build, fit-out or refurb projects with values ranging from £50-£100m
