Senior Recruiter

KC group have partnered with a leading education business who are looking to grow their recruitment team. 

This is a full time office based role located in the Birmingham area. 
 
If you love the sound of the responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter Role we would love to hear from you: 

• Ensure the regulations are up to date and followed at all times. 
• Update recruitment procedures 
• Communicate with other departments in order to keep up with new recruitment structures 
• Deal with recruitment enquiries 
• Produce performance reports 

To be considered for the Senior Recruiter Role, you must have: 
 

• Previous experience in a recruitment role 
• Have an understanding of recruitment systems 
• Knowledge of employment law 
• CIPD level 3 qualified
• Experience with dealing with enquiries both via telephone and email 
• Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

Amazing Benefits of the Senior Recruiter Role: 

• £16.40 Per hour 
• Basic hours are 9 am to 5 pm on site (may change due to company needs) 
• Holiday entitlement is 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays 
• Up to £5k annual incentive pro-rata given quarterly on meeting KPIs upon successful probation period

• 3% annual increase per year on completion from your start date of service and on meeting KPIs
