About the team
You will be joining an experienced team of Relationship Management professionals with a broad scope of Retail merchants across EMEA.
What you will be doing
You will be working alongside some of our top eCommerce retailers, managing and building the relationship and supporting business growth with innovative solutions and advice to support payment optimization.
- You will be managing a portfolio of strategic accounts typically with an annual income $1m+
- You will act as the primary liaison between T1 merchant and Worldpay to understand their needs including financial expectations and restrictions.
- You own and understand their strategic plan to achieving their goals
- You will be able to demonstrate of deep product and industry knowledge including various solutions, market strategies and competitive intelligence to deliver to your merchants
- Ensure you have accurate forecasting in CRM and pipeline management as well as accurate content and certification of information in relevant systems for all of your merchant base.
- Each of your merchants must be kept informed and up to date on the industry and all aspects of their business
- Within client organizations, you will build or build upon the network of both operational and executive C-level users and maintain your knowledge of products and services utilized.
- Strategic mindset to develop existing business relationships and drive value
- Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to remain calm under various levels and types of pressure
- The ability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public
- Strong brand within the business and at Exec Level
- Strong Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements
- Retail Payment experience
