Reporting to: Sales Director
As Senior Sales Executive you will take responsibility for being the first port of call with their current and prospective customers, working along with the team you will be promoting the company to exciting sectors including in The Midlands & surrounding areas House Builders, Developers & Construction Companies
Key Responsibilities
- To develop both new & existing clients and to keep in regular contact to achieve absolute loyalty
- Create and fulfill client opportunities, following agreed procedures
- Educate customers on product range
- Understanding customer needs and requirements, research accounts, identifying key players
- Maintain & expand your database
- Analyse monthly customer sales reports to identify customer trends and act on declining or underutilised accounts
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
- Proven experience in sales in the Tool / Plant Hire sector
- Experience within the construction supply sector
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum of supervision
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Effective communication skills
- Customer-focused with sound commercial skills.
- Good IT skills & PC literate and experience with Microsoft Outlook
