Senior Sales Negotiator

Responsibilities:

1. Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
2. Property Promotion: Showcase and market properties effectively through various channels, maximising visibility and driving sales.
3. Negotiation Skills: Negotiate terms and prices between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Work towards and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and company.
5. Instructing Properties: Take an active role in the property listing process, with an additional commission incentive for properties you personally instruct.
6. Networking: Actively participate in networking events and engage with potential clients to expand the client base.
7. Referral Program: Generate additional income through solicitor and mortgage referrals, earning £60 per successful referral.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in real estate sales
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Self-motivated and target-driven.
4. Knowledge of the Canary Wharf property market is a plus.
5. Must have a valid driver's license and own car.
