Senior Sales Negotiator - Surrey Quays

My client is one of london's leading Independent agencies that have been established for over 25 years and have an excellent reputation.
They are now looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator that can Value and bring properties onto the market, to join their busy teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the current Sales market, along experience in the following areas:
·Have 2 years + experience
·A proven track record in hitting targets within Residential Sales
·Ideally be a confident valuer/lister and be able to take properties on to the market.
·Live locally
·Hungry, ambitious and driven

Package on offer
·Basic salary £22- £25,000 depending on experience
·Realistic OTE £65,000 +
·Car Allowance £400-500 per Month (to be discussed)

Hours of work:
·9am -7pm Monday to Thursday
·9am -6pm Friday
·10am -4pm Saturday
·One 6 day week a month
