Senior Sales Negotiator

We are delighted to be working with an incredibly well-established and highly regarded global real estate business to find them an experienced and ambitious Prime Sales Negotiator for their SW London office.

This is a great opportunity to work with some of the industry's highest-performing agents, on top of selling some of the best properties London has to offer.

You must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a notable track record in residential estate agency sales.

It is essential you can prove your ability to build professional relationships with buyers and sellers as well as be able to work well as part of a team to ensure targets are being hit.

As a Prime Negotiator, you will receive the following:

• £40,000 Basic Salary
• Bonus + Company Car or Car Allowance
• £80,000 OTE
• Company-wide benefits

You'll be responsible for:

• Day-to-day management of buyers including generating & conducting viewings
• Obtaining offers, pitching for new business, vendor, and purchaser management, and constant client care.
• Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone, and walk-ins, in a professional manner.
