Personal strengths and dedication are recognised.The Role:We are looking for a driven and motivated technical SEO expert to join our dynamic team. Similar to an SEO Manager role you'll work alongside our account management and content marketing teams and be responsible for defining our clients' SEO strategies, growing their organic performance and delivering workflow on a portfolio including some of the best brands in the UK and successful SMEs.Your responsibilities will include:Lead on the implementation of SEO strategies to improve performance in organic searchUndertake technical audits and bespoke technical SEO analysisIn depth competitor and link profile analysis to determine weaknesses and opportunities for clientsComplete in-depth content reviews to create gap analysis and recommend detailed content plansConstantly monitor clients' SEO performance, and report findings back internallyLead and contribute to internal strategy meetings to define the most effective strategiesKeep up to date with industry techniquesAttend client meetings or conference calls when requiredOur culture and rewards:We work hard, but we also make sure our team is not overworked by creating regular capacity plans and sharing the load in a fair and collaborative manner.
