Job Description:
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries
• Develop customer relationships with existing customers
• Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces with key customer contacts
• Support Ocean freight Operation Manager to meet department targets / team targets
• Coordinate/liaise/work with Carrier contact on operational activities, issue resolution, process execution and performance improvements according to corporate policy
• Continuously monitor supplier performance, and develop improvement plan with suppliers for rectification of performance issues in compliance with Company and DPDHL corporate policy and standard.
• Coordinate with other departments on customer inquiries / needs.
• Handle enquiries and provide suggestion
• Coordinate with overseas counterparts & other departments on customer inquiries / needs.
• Responsible for operational result at country/country group level OFR
• Analyses costs and cost structure of production on country/country group level, and derives improvement measurements and actions
• Prepare statistical reports
• Responsible for constant improvement and optimization of production means (cost management), e.g. make or buy
• Support shipment with irregularities of specific commodities
Job Requirements:
• College or above
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Logistics industry.
• Basic knowledge of logistic
• Good knowledge of ocean documentation flow& requirement worldwide
• Basic knowledge of office software
• Good knowledge of CW1/EDM
• Basic knowledge of SEAWIN
• Good knowledge of cargo flow and requirement worldwide
• Good knowledge on special cargo and irregularity handling
• Good knowledge on freight structure worldwide
• Good knowledge of customs clearance procedure
