Senior Service Development Manager - Community & Crisis or NHS Talking Therapies & Specialist Registered Services
Location: National (with regular travel to the North East)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
About the role
We have two new roles within our growing Development Team! As Senior Development Manager, you will lead Everyturn’s business and Service Development activities by developing and managing relationships with our partners to uncover growth opportunities. You’ll also bring together experts from across the organisation to develop new business proposals and implement innovative new mental health services aligned to our strategic ambitions and business plan.
We’re looking for two highly motivated, creative thinkers who are passionate about person-centred, inclusive mental health services that deliver excellent experiences and outcomes. You’ll work across the organisation to drive and influence our growth and measure and communicate our impact.
Each role will be responsible for leading the development of our core business areas, however, will work flexibly and cross-functionally across the organisation where required:
Community & Crisis: Our community-based mental health and wellbeing services deliver 1:1 support to people with complex needs impacting their mental health. These include, among others, our innovative Together in a Crisis services, Safe Havens, and telephone-based mental health support.
NHS Talking Therapies & Specialist Registered Services: Our clinical support services deliver 1:1 support to people with complex mental health needs. These include our national NHS Talking Therapies services, CQC-registered care homes for adults and older adults with complex and enduring needs or dementia, and supported housing.
About you
We’d love to hear from you, especially if you have experience working in the NHS within our core business areas. This might include direct clinical, operational or business development experience in services like Community Mental Health Teams, Crisis Teams, NHS Talking Therapies or Inpatient services.
