What You’ll Be Doing
We’re searching for a Social Media expert ready to take control of our social channels and bring our brand personality to life. As Senior Social Media Executive you will join our UK Marketing team and be responsible for ideation, creation and delivery of high impact storytelling content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook to bring the brand proposition to life. You'll also be working with a diverse range of influencers, from gifting to paid content, to get people talking about Moonpig across Instagram and TikTok.
You’ll have the inspiration and know-how to amplify our key campaign messages, product features and brand partnerships in line with the overall marketing plan and respond to trends to keep us in the conversation.
This role is currently a 6 month FTC with the possibility of going Permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideation and content creation to amplify and build brand fame for Moonpig
- Utilise social platforms (Meta channels and TikTok as first priority) to most effectively reach new and existing customers with relevant, fun, high-impact content and interact with other brands/creators
- Leverage key campaigns and showcase product features, range across cards, gifts & flowers and brand partnerships in the most engaging way (using new tech solutions inc. AI where appropriate)
- Unleash the power of TikTok to reach new audiences and connect relevantly to build reputation with Gen Z and Millennials
- Lead the planning and agreement of key success measures and reporting to deliver Social Media campaigns, including content ideation, scheduling, copy and boosting strategies
- Utilise Tribe to manage influencer campaigns for peak and non peak activity, and deliver on our influencer gifting strategy
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- Proven experience in content creation and Social Media delivery across Meta channels and TikTok ideally - and for brands who’ve used Social channels to disrupt, differentiate and build a compelling relationship with consumers
- Comprehensive knowledge of Social Media channel management tools, design and creative platforms plus analytics and reporting
- Outstanding self-motivation and energy combined with interpersonal skills to collaborate with key stakeholders across the business including the wider Marketing team for content ideas and opportunities
- Exceptional time management abilities to consistently deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget, while demonstrating how they align and support the overall marketing plan
- Proven experience of leveraging big brand ideas, driving creative cut through to support brand mission and personality
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment where deadlines land simultaneously
