SalarySenior SupplyChain and Customer Services Coordinator / Holborn, London / £230 per day
An exciting opportunity awaits for a talented individual with expertise in Supply Chain and distribution to join our client, a global biopharmaceutical organisation based at their office in Holborn.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Order to Cash (OTC) process, encompassing Supply Chain, order processing, returns, recalls, pricing, and documentation management, while addressing associated queries.
- Generate and manage OTC reporting.
- Assist in rebate processing for Homecare and Outpatient Pharmacy supply.
- Collaborate closely with the broader Customer Services team to provide necessary support.
- Work in tandem with internal stakeholders, particularly finance, regulatory, and other pertinent parties, ensuring adherence to internal and external controls including GDP and audit criteria.
- Develop procedures and documentations as necessary.
- Liaise with both external (e.g., NHS) and internal customers to resolve supply issues.
- Act as a responsible point of contact for product supply, engaging with internal and external stakeholders as required.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP within the OTC domain for order processing and accounts receivable.
- Strong focus on patient and Customer satisfaction.
- Essential experience in Supply Chain, preferably within the UK market.
- Quick adaptability to financial and supply systems, becoming an expert swiftly.
- Proficient in working with Excel spreadsheets.
- Numerically adept, capable of identifying patterns in data.
- Confident communicator with customers, adept at assertively addressing inappropriate supply requests.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
Duration: 14 months contract
Location: Holborn, Central London (3 days onsite required - Tuesday-Thursday & 2 days from home)
