Where you will be working: Location: (Apply online only) Heene Road, Worthing, West Sussex BN11 4NY The shift patterns include working 7 hours a day, between 7am - 2.30pm and 2pm - 9.30pm, including weekends on a rota basis. What you will have: Ideally NVQ 3 or working towards The ability to show strong empathy, a caring and compassionate nature Willing to support the resident with the personal hygiene People skills, communication skills and a good sense of humour Willingness to deal with the challenging behaviour A positive & professional approach Reliability, flexibility, hard work and honesty Team working ethos aligned to our company values Must be based local or at a commutable distance and time. You must live in the UK and have the Right to Work in the UK full time.
