The Role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for our residents. You will work closely with our residents to assess their individual needs and create personalised care plans. Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and engaging in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.

- Experience: We're seeking candidates with a proven track record in a health and social care setting. Experience in working with people with physical disabilities and other diverse needs is a strong advantage.
- Leadership: As a Senior Support Worker, you will take on a leadership role within the team. We're looking for individuals who can inspire and guide their colleagues while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Essential Requirements:
- Level 2 Qualification for Health and Social care
- 2 years plus experience of working in care
