HCA Healthcare UK's Information Technology Group (ITG) is a Group IT function, developing and managing all aspects of healthcare IT across our portfolio of hospitals, clinics, outpatient centres, laboratories, and other associated businesses.
As a Senior Technical S ervices Analyst in ITG Service Delivery Department at HCA UK , you will be p roviding a deputy support role to Facility Head of IT and Team Lead in processing and coordination of appropriate and timely responses to incident reports, including channelling requests for help to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring resolution activity, and keeping clients appraised of progress towards service restoration .

What you'll do:
- Investigate causes of incidents and seeks resolution
- Escalate unresolved incidents.
- Facilitate recovery, following resolution of incidents.
- Document and closes resolved incidents according to agreed procedures
- Work closely with ITG team s to ensure IT issues are identified , logged, documented and resolved in a timely fashion during BAU and on call
- C reate documentation for new client hardware per new technologies or technologies going end of life
- H ands-on technical experience in deploying and supporting iOS operating systems and applications
- H ands-on technical experience in first-line vendor support and management (speaking with vendors to trouble-shoot the installation and support of technical products).
- H ands-on technical experience in deploying and supporting Mobile and Device technologies, specifically including Mobile computing power systems, Cellular/Mobile computing technologies, Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- T echnical experience in deploying and supporting hardware, specifically: Enterprise level PC / laptop / tablets / PDA devices; healthcare industry-standard display products; enterprise-level print/imaging, barcode scanning technologies
- Good Communication skills while responding to tickets and incidents and while working with other ITG/Business stakeholders
- Advises on available standards, methods, tools, applications and processes relevant to group specialisms and can make appropriate choices from alternatives.
