We're looking for a Technical Services Analyst to join our ITG team based at 1 London Bridge. The ITG team are a vibrant, innovative, mission focused team who have a strong focus and commitment of maintaining the strong culture we have here. We aim to promote from within (and do so 40%+ of the time!) and therefore harness and invest in the talent we have.
The Technical Services Analyst is a key role in our ITG team and will provide 2nd & 3rd level support for desktop, printer, wireless client and generate incident tickets in the field. The Technical Services Analyst is site-based working closely with the on-site team to ensure IT issues are identified, logged, documented and resolved in a timely fashion. This role is suitable for a candidate who has previous experience of Desktop support with excellent customer service skills.

What you'll do:
- Processing and coordination of appropriate and timely responses to incident reports.
- Channelling requests to appropriate functions for resolution, monitoring resolution activity, and keeping clients appraised of progress towards service restoration.
- Investigates causes of incidents and escalates unresolved incidents.
- Facilitates recovery, following resolution of incidents.
- Documents and closes resolved incidents according to agreed procedures.
- Certify and create documentation for new client hardware per new technologies or technologies going end of life
- Extensive experience in Desktop Support (2nd and 3rd line) with strong communication (verbal, written) skills and customer focused
- Understanding of application technologies, and service management / monitoring approaches
- Experience of working in a large, matrixed organisation
