SalaryDawn Ellmore Employment are supporting a top-rated law firm in their search for an Senior Trade Mark Administrator to join their team working 100% Remote Working with ad-hoc visits to the office.
To be successful, you will need proven working experience within Trade Mark docketing (and renewals experience would be beneficial). A CITMA / CIPA qualification would be looked upon favourably. However, this is not essential. Having the ability to plan and prioritise your workload is a must and being a good team player, with the ability to work independently when required, will also put you in good stead.
What will the role involve? The role will involve supporting attorneys with administrative tasks.
Some duties would involve:
- Monitoring significant deadlines.
- Maintaining and updating Inprotech
- Producing highly accurate written correspondence.
- Preparing Trade Mark applications for filing.
- Filing Trade Mark applications.
- Managing the renewal and validation of applications and registrations; you will also prepare cost estimations for these.
- Producing invoices to send to clients.
