Senior Trade Mark Formalities Administrator (Hybrid Working) - Hampshire

We are working with a highly rated firm in Hampshire, who are looking for a Trade Mark Administrator to join their busy team.

For this role, you will need strong knowledge of IP portfolio management systems and DMS skills. You’ll also need excellent experience and understanding of IP formalities. Ideally, you’ll have the CITMA qualification too.

This role would consist of the following duties:

• Dealing directly with IPOs.
• Assisting with training.
• Assisting with the delegation of workloads.
• Managing all administrative Trade Mark Formalities.
• Producing highly accurate correspondence.
• Checking reports and flagging any anomalies.
