The opportunity.
We’re looking for a Senior Support Analyst to join our amazing Managed Services team. In this role you work closely with our clients to manage the production automations within their environments and ensure the continuous delivery of quality services and benefit analysis.
This is an opportunity to shape the role you are in as the company and team grows. You will be able to analyse, assess, design, and deliver changes across multiple clients and technologies, whilst supporting and guiding junior team members.

- 2 years+ of automation delivery/support
- Exemplary communication skills
- Experience using/supporting UiPath OR Power Automation, ABBYY, Decipher, Blue Prism Interact.
- Understanding of infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge of .NET programming languages
