Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of Visual Merchandising strategies for international stores
- Collaborate with the retail team to create engaging and visually stunning displays
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for product launches and promotional events
- Provide training and guidance to store teams on visual standards and best practices
- Monitor and analyse sales and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage the Visual Merchandising budget and resources effectively
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Visual Merchandising Manager should have:
- A degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, or related field is preferable
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser Manager in luxury fashion retail
- A solid understanding of luxury fashion retail and the ability to create a unique in-store experience that enhances the brand.
- Exceptional visual design skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities and communication skills
- Knowledge of current Visual Merchandising trends and best practices
