Account Manager | Direct Mail, Print and Promotional Merchandise | Remote | Salary to Attract the Best

As Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical input and advice on print, point of sale, Promotional Merchandise and most importantly complex Direct Mail projects as required
• Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish
• Suggest alternative options, sustainability and innovation where possible
• Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge
• Hybrid home working but travel to the client site in the UK for two to three days, twice per month is essential, so location to Airport Travel is essential

Key attributes required:

• Experience in a client facing role is essential in print/ print management/ print buying/ marketing print procurement
• Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print, point of sale, complex Direct Mail /digital solutions is preferred
• Experience in working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
• Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
• Leadership and management experience is desirable
