This pivotal role involves taking charge of sales valuations and completions, alongside assisting with overflow viewings.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales valuations with precision and expertise
- Drive the generation of new valuation appointments
- Assist in facilitating sales viewings
- Take ownership of the potential vendor journey alongside designated vendors/landlords
- Support the operations team in securing Valuations and Financial Services appointments via diverse communication channels
Ideal Candidate:
We're seeking a highly motivated senior negotiator or Valuer with a proven track record in an established Estate Agency.
