Main Duties
SEP is a B Corporation, direct-to-consumer brand defining a new era of luxury. Based in Geneva, Berlin, Milano and Amman, we design and create fashion and home accessories which are embroidered by hand, by Artists who happen to be refugees.
We are looking for a technically-minded Graphic Designer with great artistic abilities and design knowledge. You will create visuals for a variety of projects across our business including web, marketing, in-store visuals, window displays and campaigns. As well as working within a small, growing, friendly B Corporation, you will have the opportunity to gain an insightful knowledge into the fashion industry with a strong focus on social impact and sustainability.
Responsibilities
Work closely with our CEO to elevate and evolve the brand aesthetic while supporting the overall brand direction.
Digital content production and postproduction: planning and execution of photoshoots, creation of photo and video content for organic and paid comms, using new as well as archive photo and video materials, in line with Brand guidelines and tone of voice.
Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Linkedin, Blog: management of editorial plans (planning as well as implementation) and community management.
Influencers: select the right influencers and coordinate content creation with them.
Website: active management of content, merchandising by category and constant monitoring and optimisation of website user experience.
Build, send, monitor newsletters.
Create lookbooks, in-store magazines and gift guides.
Back-up to the Store Manager, IF the workplace is the SEP Store, Via dell’Unione 7, which allows for back-up activities working as a team with the Store Manager.
Organise visuals for events and workshops as pre-agreed with management at the SEP stores.
Product Development: supports the team in Geneva on product development via sketches, fabric searches, sample developments, IF experience and background is relevant in this area.
Liaise with the CEO and team in Geneva on a daily basis.
Liaise content production with the paid ads team, by delivering the creative content requested.

Skills Required
The ideal candidate loves our brand, product and mission and has the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment; he/she is positive, flexible and open-minded, a true team player, with a passion for the cause of the refugees he/she will represent. The to-do list is a constantly moving target.
Experience in the Fashion Comms sector is ideal.
Passionate about fashion as well as social impact.
Fluent English written and spoken is key + Italian conversational is needed if based in Milan.
Strong personal, IT and organisational skills.
