Service Administrator

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as a Service Administrator. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.

As the Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Submitting invoices for payment on Verisae & Expansive web based systems.
• Collate/ process Sub Contractor field service reports and invoices
• Update customers web-based systems.
• Arrange equipment collections and assist in the daily flow of service paperwork
• Assist with incoming calls from customers (if required)
• Assist the department Manager and Supervisor

The successful Team Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate Word and Outlook skills
