Service Administrator (Fleet / Vehicle / Mechanic)

£25,000 to £29,000 DOE + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Pension 
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:30
Service Administrator required for an award winning company who are specialists within the vehicle hire industry. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable company who truly value their employees. 
Candidates will have experience of working with fleet maintenance. This role would suit candidates from an administrative background who hold experience authorising and coordinating repairs, or someone from a hands-on mechanical background looking for an office based role. 
The successful candidate will be responsible for authorising, disputing and charging vehicle repairs. This will involve obtaining and reviewing quotes and compiling invoices. 
The Service Administrator Role: 
· Using software systems to obtain quotes for vehicle repairs
· Authorisation or dispute of quotes
· Inputting invoice details on IT system
· Monitoring vehicle downtime and submitting loss of use claims to manufactures 
The Service Administrator Candidate: 
· Experienced administrator with fleet / vehicle understanding or Experienced mechanic looking for an office based role
