Service Administrator/Co-Ordinator Co Armagh Full Time Permanent Monday-Friday 8.30am 5.00pm £23,500- £25,000 (negotiable depending on experience)

Are you the right person for the job?
- Excellent telephone manner
- Minimum 1 years experience in a busy office environment
- Excellent IT Skills in MS Office particularly Excel
- Ability to work as part of a team and establish good working relationships at all levels
- Able to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Able to work on own initiative, multitask & prioritise workload
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both orally and written
What will your role look like?
- Answer phone calls and check incoming emails
- Manage service callouts & organise daily schedules
- Update & process engineer worksheets onto the database
- Use all systems to their full potential and ensure records are kept up to date
- Production of client-specific information to include certificates, reports, training & logbooks
- Provide general administration support to the business as required, including reception cover
- Deal with customers/suppliers by phone, email or in person
