£23,000 - £24,000 salary guide
Full time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours early finish Friday pm.

Your new role
This role will report to the Service Manager and provide full service administration support to customers. This role would suit someone who has previously held a similar position previously and can demonstrate this upon application. Duties of the role are outlined as below;
- Report to the Service Manager and work in a small team
- Responsible for liaising with the sales team and installation engineers on a frequent basis
- Manage a inbox for service support/ enquiries
- Take calls coming into the business relating to services
- Complete final job reports for customers
- Place orders for relevant supplies eg PPE
- Arrange training for engineers, maintain the paperwork for the engineers vehicles, check engineers vetting/ suitability for jobs
- Process engineers timesheets
- Knowledge and experience of MS Office , Sage experience preferable
What you'll need to succeed
Previous service administration experience would be preferred but not essential.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to start a Temporary Contract and commit to the role, starting in February 2024.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Sage experience would be ideal
