Service Administrator

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading waste management company in their search for a Service Administrator to work from their offices in Nottingham.
For the successful Service Administrator our client is offering:

• £22,500 per annum + 8-10% annual bonus
• Monday to Friday 8.00pm - 5.00pm
• Permanent position
• Annual Bonus (Disc), 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, BUPA, Company Pension

The role - Service Administrator :

• Dealing with inbound calls and queries from existing customers and clients
• Working closely with engineers assigning new jobs to their workloads
• Handling diary management
• Maintaining database and spreadsheets and providing reports
• Booking transport and liaising with third party organisations

What our client is looking for in a Service Administrator:

• Customer service experience within an office environment, ideally within the engineering industry - ESSENTIAL
• Experienced in Invoicing - DESIREABLE
• Experienced in a service environment dealing with engineers - DESIREABLE
• SAP System Knowledge - DESIREABLE
• IT literate; with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word & Excel - ESSENTIAL
