Our Client, an established and successful business in the service industry, is looking to hire a NEW MEMBER to join their friendly and supportive team - a SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR.Dourcing
This will be a new hire to the business and as their Service Administrator, the main purpose of the role is to assist in the organisation of their Service Engineers, liaise with customers, organise and log routine inspections and emergency call-outs in the most time efficient, cost effective manner answering incoming calls and general administrative duties.
What will you be doing?
- Taking inbound calls from customers that require a site attendance
- Logging of these call-outs/service requests
- Co-ordinating Engineer servie visits and repairs
- Raising appropriate paperwork for the Engineers
- Liaison with customers to ensure work is completed on time
- Raise purchase orders with 3rd party vendors
- Compile weekly/monthly reports
- Carry out quotations for repair works and invoicing (training will be given)
- Sourcing equipment from suppliers
