What you will be doing:
Our Service Advisors are an integral part of our business and one of the most important customer-facing roles across the business.
* Arrange for customers' vehicles to be booked in for services MOT's and repairs
* Assist in the planning of the workshop, and liaise with internal departments including parts and the workshop, whilst being
able to understand the instructions provided to complete works/ Job cards
* Record work completed, contact customers if additional work is required, check vehicles coming through the service department
* Keep our customers updated at every stage on the progress of their vehicle, and ensure we meet the customer lead timescales.
What we need from you:
* Full manual driving licence essential
* Previous experience of working within an automotive service department
* You will be patient and a good listener, with outstanding communication skills both in person and on the telephone
* Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages
