Role Overview:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with friendly and professional assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and assessing their automotive service needs
- Communicating effectively with customers to understand their concerns and preferences
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating service bookings
- Providing accurate estimates and recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service at every interaction
Qualifications
- Strong background in customer service
