Job description
As an experienced Service Advisor you will ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times and maintain excellent standards of administration and organisation. Using our management system, you will be the link between our customers and our workshop. From welcoming customers, you'll ensure their smooth journey keeping them informed of their vehicles progress. From diary management booking in work to invoicing and presenting the completed job. As well as liaising with the workshop, ordering parts, quoting and authorising repairs and maximising awareness of all available products and services to the customer. We focus on making every customer feel valued, providing a positive experience and excellent service so a passion for delivering this is a must along with a positive 'can-do' attitude. The role will be busy and varied, covering all aspects of running a busy service desk, therefore you will need to multi-task with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and be confident in all aspects of administration. The ideal applicant has to have prior experience in the motor industry, excellent customer service and computer skills. Experience in Workshop Control advantageous. Salary Dependent on Experience Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
