Service Architect
Location: Hybrid – Salisbury, Basingstoke and Remote. Travel may be required.
Our purpose is to make the world more sustainable by building trust in society through innovation. As a Service Architect, you will contribute to this by designing the project service to meet the service requirements.
Your role will involve:
Reviewing the current service to understand the status of the service, all relating processes and documentation. Update service documentation, workflows and help design the new service.
Your transferable skills and experience:
- Experience of Service design creation.
- Acceptance into service process experience.
- Engagement of engaging with wider Service Architect team and supplier
- ITILv3/v4 certified
- Experience of SIAM operating Models
- Experience of working in Secure Environments.
