Service Charge Accounts Manager

For this Service Charge Accounts Manager, you will have the opportunity to take ownership and showcase your precision and expertise in financial management and make a meaningful impact on their operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Liaising with Property Managers regarding managing of client finance and leaseholder reporting requirements
• Communicating with leaseholders regarding account-related matters and support PMs with reporting obligations
• Conducting audits of accounts and compile year-end packages for the accountant
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with third-party accountants/auditors during year-end processes, the distribute of accounts to all relevant parties and dealing with any enquiries.

Experience fpor this Service Charge Accounts Manager role:

• Minimum qualification of AAT Level 3 or equivalent is essential
• Experience of Blocks Online would be advantageous
