Service Controller

We are currently recruiting for a Service Controller to join our client at their office based in Warrington. This is a part time Thursday and Friday vacancy.

This is a fast paced and challenging job where the right candidate will be required to spin multiple plates and handle a high volume workload.

Main duties include:

• Create and chase quotes to customers
• Liaise with customers regarding progress
• Answer and deal with enquiries and telephone calls
• Management and organising of engineers

You will need to:

• Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail skills
• Have a confident and pleasant telephone manner
• Have good organisational skills
• Have well developed IT skills
