The Role:
As a Service Controller,you will support Depot Manager in ensuring a profitable workshop, exceeding customer expectations, and meeting STC targets.
Responsibilities:
- Support the service team in diagnosing faults and ordering parts.
- Generate job cards, estimates, and invoices accurately and promptly.
- Schedule work and manage workflow effectively.
- Communicate with customers about service schedules, updates, and completion of work.
- Process purchase orders with precision.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Service Controller or in a similar role.
- Must have industry knowledge.
- NVQ level 3 / city and guilds / equivalent experience.
- Skilled in IT (word / excel, outlook).
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday (8am - 6pm)
- Alternate Saturdays (7am - 12pm)
