Job Overview: As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination of service and repair operations. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, scheduling service appointments, and coordinating the activities of engineers. This role requires a proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries regarding service and repair needs
- Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding services, pricing, and scheduling
- Efficiently schedule service appointments based on customer preferences and engineer availability
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure timely arrival and completion of work
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other internal teams members to resolve issues
- Carry out stock takes and quality checks
