WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Supporting the Installations Manager with contractor management against contractual KPIs.
Listen to customer complaints and escalations and support with finding a successful resolution with focus on collating and analysing data to identify key trends and potential improvement gaps
Driving a health and safety culture
Helping with preparation for contract management sessions and supporting with administration for audits and quality control checks.
Data analysis to ensuring that installation operational budgets are met by assuring all works against commercial targets
Track performance metrics to allow the Installation Manager to take timely action to mitigate risks with the contract performance, including recovery plans and update reporting.
Ensure compliance by yourself and team with all company policies and procedures.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING?
You will be a recent graduate ready in Engineering, Project Management, HSEQ or other relevant field.
1 years industry experience gained through placement is desirable but not essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of health and safety and quality requirements
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain project documentation
