Service Delivery Manager

An international consultancy and global leader in digital transformation requires a Service Delivery Manager.
Your new role
As a Service Delivery manager, you will need to take responsibility for the quality, financial, and staffing aspects of delivery of service for the clients\' area of responsibility. As well as that, you will provide annual forecasts for revenue and costs, monitors, reports, and complete monthly deviations of the current budget, monthly reviews of forecasts, and amend budgets as necessary. You will also take responsibility for the arrangements to maintain the delivery of systems and services against contracted Service Level Reports internally and externally on the delivery of services against the contracted SLAs.
What you\'ll need to succeed

• Maintaining positive relationships with customer representatives and end users
• A working knowledge and understanding of service management principles, frameworks (i.e., ITIL), and best practices to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. This includes incidents, problems, changes, and service level management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to respond and adapt by deploying a wide range of influencing and motivational skills depending on the audience and environment.
• Able to establish relationships and maintain contacts with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
• Experience of leading and motivating people, either through direct or matrix management.
• Takes ownership, enthusiastic, pragmatic and self-managing
