MCS Group is working with a trailblazer in the GreenTech sector who is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join them to manage a new key account. Fluent written/spoken German essential! This Service Delivery Manager will be the primary liaison between the client and their new customer. This is the perfect opportunity for a German-speaking Service Delivery Manager to get their foot in the door with a scale-up who is set to do phenomenal things.
The Role
- You will be the main point of contact for a key customer account, using your technical skills and knowledge to fully understand and gather requirements, ensure delivery, gain feedback, and provide excellent levels of customer service.
- You will be the kind of Service Delivery Manager who prides themselves on providing exceptional levels of customer service, putting the customer at the heart of your decisions.
- You will take the lead in interactions between the client and the customer, and use your excellent relationship-building skills to spot additional business opportunities.
- You will use your technical experience and knowledge to really grasp this client's needs, being involved at every stage, including contract re-negotiations, project enhancements, billing, and to project manage the overall customer delivery.
The Person
- A degree / third-level qualification, along with 3 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
- Prior experience within a Service Management position is required.
- Fluent written/spoken German is essential- you will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience of developing solid working relationships.
- This role will have an element of business travel to client site (Germany) so flexibility to travel is required.
- A clean current driving license is required.
- Experience working in the Energy/Electricity sector would be a bonus, but is not essential.
