Your new role
Working as the Service Delivery Manager will be an interesting and varied role working on a government contract. Work will include: working collaboratively and efficiently with key stakeholders. The Service Delivery Manager is a professional business partner to our clients. Through effective management, they will motivate and drive their team to deliver effective coaching, mentoring, development and quality management to deliver the exceptional every day. Responsible for delivering consistently high quality performance and meeting compliance standards in order to achieve agreed Service Level agreements with our clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to be commercially astute, someone who can ensure the team hit KPI's and SLA's. Furthermore, you will need a 3-year UK work history. IT competency (Office 365).
Desirable: experience of leading and motivating a team, preferably within a customer service, facilities management or helpdesk / call centre environment.
