A busy HNWI, owner of multiple businesses and currently based in NYC, is looking for a part-time remote UK based Lifestyle PA to ensure the smooth running of her daily life. The ideal candidate will be self employed and happy to invoice at the end of the month for the hours worked with a minimum of 10 hours per week. We are looking for a talented individual, experience in private PA duties and IT savvy to look after all her online subscriptions and purchases. The client will provide a weekly task sheet to keep up with the progress and to avoid communication backlog. Moreover the candidate will be flexible both inc character and in availability as there might be some quick weekend or evening catch up calls as the client is often busy during the week or travelling.
Duties:
- Calendar management
- Travel arrangements
- Reservations and Appointments
- Dealing with Contractors
- Ordering items
- Event planning
- Managing all accounts and subscriptions like Netflix, Amazon etc
- Basic and immediate bills, no involvement in management of the finances
- Household and organisational projects
- Lifestyle enhancement
- Filing & emailing
- On request tasks
- Keeping up with the task sheets the principal will provide
