Service Designer

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit an experienced Service Designer.

Location - Remote / Warwickshire

Duration - 6 months initial contract

Day Rate - £500 - £650 pd Inside IR35

Experience:

• Experience of 5 years in service design
• Understanding of Agile and Lean principles and values
• Understand, analyse and map complex user journeys and processes
• Own the service design deliverables like: user journey maps, stakeholder maps, personas, flow-charts, system maps, blueprints, roadmap, user stories etc
• Confident working with senior stakeholders, demonstrating how user research and service design analysis techniques have been used to support the design decisions
• Strong communication skills
