Your new role
You will join the team as a key member of their Desktop Support team, supporting users face-to-face and remotely. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support, conduct user account admin, set-up new users and laptops and perform basic on-prem networking. You will also aid in monitoring and managing the company's cybersecurity system.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have mastered 1st and 2nd line support and will be an expert at setting up new users. You strive to complete all your work to a very high standard and actively enjoy helping and supporting users.
Ideally, you will have experience in:
Active Directory, MS Office 365, Citrix, basic networking and server administration.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will benefit from an annual salary of up to £35,000, on top of flexible hybrid working in the company's central Edinburgh office.
