�? As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for users and customers, providing exceptional support and resolving IT issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:
?? Receiving and handling requests for service support, following established procedures ??
?? Logging incidents and service requests and maintaining accurate records ??
?? Promptly allocating calls to senior colleagues when necessary ?
?? Assisting users in making the most of desktop systems and troubleshooting incidents ????
?? Acting as a liaison between users and service providers ??
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
?? Previous relevant work experience ?????
?? Strong customer focus and attention to detail ??�?
?? Knowledge of networking, operating systems, and application systems �???
?? Familiarity with corporate and professional standards in IT services ????
?? Excellent written expression and communication skills ????
